    Online Yoga Classes – Terms & Conditions

    By enrolling in and attending classes offered by Yogaastha ("the Studio"), you ("the Student") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining any session.

    1. Fees & Payments

    • Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
    • Monthly fee must be paid on time to continue classes.
    • Any applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

    2. Class Attendance & Etiquette

    • Students are requested to join the class 5 minutes before the session starts.
    • Camera should remain on during the session if instructed by the teacher.
    • Respectful behaviour and discipline are expected during all sessions.
    • Please attend classes in comfortable workout clothes and with a yoga mat.

    3. Technical Requirements

    • Proper internet connection and charged device should be arranged by the student.
    • The Studio is not responsible for classes missed due to technical issues on the student's end.

    4. Health & Safety

    • Inform the teacher beforehand in case of any medical issue, injury, pregnancy, or health condition.
    • Yoga should be practiced within your body limits. The Studio/teacher will not be responsible for any injury due to negligence.
    • Consult your physician before starting any new exercise program.

    5. Missed Classes

    • Missed classes will not be compensated unless informed previously.
    • No make-up classes or refunds for unattended sessions.

    6. Intellectual Property

    • Recording or sharing class videos/screenshots without permission is strictly not allowed.
    • All class content, teaching methods, and materials are the intellectual property of Yogaastha.

    7. Agreement

    By joining the class, students agree to follow all studio guidelines and instructions. The Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
